Dwarf Strategy

To be one of the best player in utopia, one needs to play positively and always decide what is best for his/her province.  For example...rather than using your thieves for hurting people, it is much better if u use it to steal gold, runes for your own benefits.  If someone hit you for acres, do not try to retaliate in someway, that will create a war and somehow it will not benefit u.  Rather, try to hit someone that cannot hit you back.  This way you avoid losing networth early in the game.

To be a dwarf master, you should not trained any archers.  For archers, you need more soldiers, therefore more foods required and needs more homes.  Berserkers are your one and only army.  It is the main advantage of the dwarf race.

All you need to do is build enough berserkers and enough thieves according to the strategy guide.  And make sure you don't leave little defense at home.   I recommend you NOT TO ATTACK any province that requires most of your berkserkers out.  Never to HOPE that someone will not know because now there are  modern technology such as the scripts to find
targets.

Having more than 150gc networth per acres will avoid you becoming a target and less people will attack you.

This is my ideas of playing the early game...

Early Game (0-100 000nw gc)

Exploring early in the game is not a bad thing to do, the cost of exploring is still cheap.  But i do not recommend u to explore once you get to the middle game and end game.

Your opening structure should look like the following:

Homes 40%---> maintaining high peasants so u can draft as much as possible and
                           still maintaining full income
Farms  13%---> try to maintain about this much farms so u don't have to worry about losing
                           food
Guilds 5%

Towers 15%---> runes to mantain daily Tree of Gold.

Boats 2%

Armouries 10%--->helps u train more army

The other 15% are optional

Middle Game (100 000nw gc-700 000nw gc)

The strategy of the middle game is quite different from the early game strat's.   This is the part where you need to start pumping up your thieves and wizards.  If you're playing actively and according to plan, you should be in the top 100 by now.  And you need to have 10 thieves per acre to avoid people burning you and do all kinda stuff to your province.

Your middle game structure should look like the following:

Homes 45%--->maintaining more peasants to train more thieves and to prevent you from
losing your income when  you're losing thieves caused by others
Farms 13%

Guilds 10%--->getting more wizards as you get to a higher networth

Towers 10%--->you dont' need as much towers as you grow bigger, finding a rune target to
steal is much easier and better than stealing money
Boats 2%

Armouries 5-10%

Mills 10%

Other percentage u have left should go to watch towers, to help you build defense for end game

End Game (700 000nwgc- ...gc)

This is the hardest part of the game, I have heard too many times that other top player's homes are burnt and other horrible things happens quickly that cause your networth you drop really fast.

I recommend you to try to get over 15:1 ratio and over to prevent this from happening.

Your end game structure should look like the following:

Homes 50%--->maintaining more peasants to train more thieves and to prevent you from
losing your income when  you're losing thieves caused by others
Farms 13%

Guilds 15%--->getting more wizards as you get to a higher networth

Towers 5%--->you dont' need as much towers as you grow bigger, finding a rune target to
steal is much easier and better than stealing money
Boats 2%

Armouries 5%

Mills 5%

Watch Towers 5%--> if you feel that 5% is not enough and you're still getting disaster, maybe
you should decrease armouries and mills and get full 10% watch towers.
